About the site
This site is fully database based. This means that the basis is are few standard pages that will be filled with data from the database every time the page is requested. This way the information will always be up-to-date. Another advantage is that it's very easy to change the contents of the site: there is no need to have any knowledge of HTML or any other Internet technique.
In an advanced administration part, adding, changing or deleting information is just a few clicks of the mouse away. As all pages are generated by a database, those changes are to be seen directly on all pages. That's why the maintenance of this site is done completely by TAC.
Request information
If you want to see the specifications of any product, you can click on the >>information-request link that is in the box of every product. After you click on this link a notice will appear on your screen that you added this product. After you selected all products of which you want to request information you have to choose the link information-request on the left side of the page. Once you entered your details you can submit your request.
Cookies
To process your information-request, this site uses "cookies". A "cookie" is a small file that is temporarely stored on your computer to identify you when you request information on some of our products. In this way it's possible to remember which products you already requested so that you'll only have to enter your details once. After you stopped viewing our site this file will be removed automatical.
Search
When searching this site, there will be searched for by article name, article code and manufacturer. If the word you entered is in the database the articles will be showed. The more words you enter, the more specific the search result will be.
